It's possible to get oral herpes from giving someone oral, but it's not at all likely.
It's far more likely to be anxiety, an allergic reaction to something you are eating and drinking or the mask you wear (if you are wearing one, and if you aren't, you should be wearing one if you aren't staying at home), etc.
It's especially not likely to be herpes if you gave oral with a condom.
I'd put anxiety or an allergic reaction at the top of the list, and herpes would be way, way down, if it was even on it.
