Chest Herpes? Red bump found.

Hello everyone, it's been some time and yet I'm here again because I was WEAK. I went to a brothel, this is supposedly a cleaner and high-class establishment where they routinely test the prostitutes for STD's and are very clean as they have their own cleaning crew and security wearing suits (prostitution is legal here).

Anyways, I learned my lesson last time and did NOT have sex with the prostitute, not even oral, she was about to give me oral with a condom but I stopped her and advised I only wanted a handjob, I didn't want another scare, dumb old me...

The only thing she did was that she liked to kiss me but not in the mouth, I said I didn't want it and she barely managed to kiss the area NEAR the corner of my lips, she did kiss my upper eyelid, neck and chest other than that nothing else.

Problem is that she was very fond of kissing me in my cheek and neck, sometimes kissing me near or on the upper eyelid of my right eye. Today I was checking myself and noticed a bright red bump, it doesn't hurt or itch at all and I -THINK- I have had it for weeks now but I don't remember since I didn't think too much of it.

My question is, how easy is it to get herpes on the chest or neck from kissing? I searched but found no answers, maybe I missed it so sorry if I did. I read that herpes via handjob is extremely rare so I shouldn't worry.

Another thing is that she got nude and held me while we were both standing up I think my penis might have touched her inner thigh at that point but I couldn't say, if I accidentally rubbed my penis in her thigh/inner-thigh or God-forbid her outer vagina, should I worry? This was for less than a minute though.

All this happened 2 days ago, Friday.

I took high-def pictures of the red bump:

Thank you kindly for your reply, I am indeed a person who gives too much thought to the "what if" and I can have self-destructive thoughts while I am in the despair herpes can theoretically bring to my life, I'm just a bundle of nerves but I may be indeed overreacting to the mild sexual encounter I had, I just hate myself that I wasn't strong enough to pass what happened last Friday, but again, thank you, you brought me reassurance that I'm fine.

I don't think you need to be told that your herpes phobia is not that beneficial or warranted. Ask yourself what would life be like with HSV1? Its impact is far less than what the phobia is doing to you and the fun you are missing out on.

There sounds minimal risk of anything from the encounter, herpes extremely so.

What you have there looks to me like a cherry spot. A small burst capillary under your skin or a little blood vessel expanding under there.

In any event I can tell you pretty conclusively, that is not a herpes lesion.
