back to work

I am employed as a dancer in theater, and about 9 days ago experienced my first outbreak of genital herpes. I started Aciclovir anti viral treatment 6 days ago. i feel improvement in the pain level (it was really bad up to 2 days ago) but the sores are not completely gone and i still feel some pain and discomfort. Could going back to work (that is obviously physical and involved friction and sweat) on Monday (today is Saturday) before full recovery cause worsening of the symptoms?

It could cause some pain but it wont cause any other issues. Sorry to hear about the painful outbreak.
