confused about conditions

hey im freaking out because i dont know what i have at all. ok i had unprotected sex with this girl who was a diabetic..and keep in mind my brother has a history with eczema. so after sex i noticed my pubic area was on FIRE. about a week later i started itching..but that was it. at first i thought it was either herpes or jock itch...but now im wondering if it could even be a system yeast infection. after the itch my symptoms have gotten worse and not better..and i thought herpes was it comes and leaves. i thought it was yeast because i know i have a terrible diet and my symptoms got bad..but after i ate garlic these past two days they have been getting a little bette. its weird because my pubic and gential area itches but hair is also growing there. my lips have also chapped and i developed crusts on the cornerse of my lips which i hear cold sores dont really cause? i also have this little bump under my nose what does it sound like i have because i dont really have money to get tested for herpes since im clean for everything else

that's why you need to be seen and get a proper diagnosis.
