What are the chances of getting herpes from naked frottage (rubbing genitals together of a male and female)?

Has anyone seen a case of someone get herpes this way?

Its very low risk activity, Those most at risk are in long term mono relationships where one partner is infected.

With no genital sores at the time the risk is close to zero
