herpes in butt crack possibly?

First initial outbreak pf hsv-1 was on left thigh. But now I have swollen lymph nodes in pubic region by vaginal area and red bumps in my butt crack. It hurts to have a bowel movement and hurts to sit down. When I cleaned up today I noticed a clear fluid or wetness with an odor on tissue. Could this ne an outbreak?

Doc called today and say they couldn't see anything wrong with the swab that something was wrong with it. To come back and have it swabbed again next time it shows up

An outbreak of what? This doesn't seem like genital herpes, hence you won't spread it to your eye.

The doc I seen stated it was a herpes outbreak at the tail end of it and stabbed it but prescribed me lidocaine cream for when I sit down it wont hurt. I was always told that it will come back to the same area. But according the doc she is saying it can move from back to front because its the same group of nerves. I am just ready for this to be gone.

No you do not have HSV1 genitally, nor would it cause these symptoms.
