A scared and worried 20yr old. Any help is appreciated

So I have been with this guy in the past and we had a lot of unprotected sex. We stopped talking a month ago and he has a girlfriend who just found out she has herpes with no symptoms. He does not have any symptoms and neither do I. I went to the doctor to get tested anyway, they drew blood because when he check my cervix there were so symptoms for him to test. He says he's pretty sure I don't have anything but if the girlfriend had it with no symptoms then who's to say that I won't be the same. Although, is it common for THREE people to show absolutely NO symptoms yet all three still have it? I'm just so scared and depressed and now suffering from high anxiety from this. I'm pretty sure all the stress that I have been putting on myself would've exposed at least some type of symptoms, but still nothing. I don't get my blood results until tomorrow. I've never been so scared and worried in my life. Please tell me your thoughts, all is appreciated. Thanks guys!

I also want to add  that while he's been with me in the past month he was having unprotected sex with his current girlfriend as well. This is a reason why I also think I may have been exposed to get diagnoses
