is this herpes?? or is it normal to have dots on lips

well i became weary of myself after awhile. i am keepin this post anonymous for personal reasons. i am posting a pic with it but have cut out everything else for it has nothing to do with question. i only began lookin at my lips recently and i am not sure what it is kinda scared

i searched up lots of pics and herpes doesnt look anything like that. the dots are kinda embedded within my lips but they are smooth so idk

my friend said it may be because i do not take care of my lips but def does not look like herpes at all but still kinda weary about it

my lips are usually chapped and all i really do is lick my lips. i do not use chapstick or any such products
