not sure what i got?

I have only had one girl friend and i have done everything with her. i been dating her for six months and about 3 months ago i get a bump on my lip that has not gone away.. like a coldsore but doesnt hurt or open up its just there doesnt go away or nothing. Then i notice one red bump while i shave in my public area it doesnt hurt or open then i start getting more small red bumps after time in my public area not on my penis..these bumps stay on my public area they dont hurt and just there. i also notice i get little bumps of my elbow for no reason..one time i was fingering my girlfriend and i think i felt a bump inside her before  but she doesnt have bumps on her public area or vagina ever .

It doesn't sound like herpes if it isn't going a way.  Have your provider look you over for a proper diagnosis.  Your girlfriend can be checked as well if she has symptoms that are bothering here.

I would also advise that you both be tested for STD's and ask for a Herpes igg blood test to find out your HSV status.

this could be any number of things but herpes won't linger for more than a few weeks. call your provider today and make an appointment to be seen for a proper work up.

have you and your gf both discussed stds and testing? have you both had full std work ups done to see who has what?

have you both had your gardasil shots?
