are my chances of infection high?

last night i went to a prostitute last night. before we started to do "the deed" i asked her to wash her hands with rubbing alcohol since i wanted her hands to be clean. she gave me a handjob (no condom) and she also used her breasts in the process. she suddenly kissed my nipples, which totally freaked me out, then i immediately put some rubbing alcohol to get rid of the saliva. after that i got dressed, went home, took a shower and vowed never to go back to that place. i am very paranoid right now and would like to ask the following questions:

1. will i get herpes on my nipples since she kissed me there? did it help that i put alcohol there after she kissed it? i didn't get a good look at her lips so i don't know if she has cold sores or anything. woke up this morning and i saw a small pinkish spot under the areola of my nipple. it wasn't there last night. could this be possibly herpes?

2. can i get herpes by getting a handjob?

really worried right now. i'd appreciate it if you can give me answers.

went to a doctor awhile ago. told him what i was feeling (tingling) and showed him my bumps. he said that it looked like white heads and was kinda annoyed that i was thinking it was herpes. i asked him if it was low risk and said yes, and that i was just paranoid. instead, he told me to take a urinalysis and that maybe the tingling was caused by a UTI. the bumps i've described have stayed for 3 days that way and hasn't developed into sores or blisters, though i am still paranoid that they might turn into sores and blisters. the doctor said that the herpes test was expensive (about a 100 us dollars) so i wasn't able to get it since my medical doesnt cover std tests. doctor's words gave me a bit of assurance though, but im still a bit paranoid. sigh.

I really doubt these are herpes that you acquired from your handjob, my friend. If they are herpes, they would likely be a reactivation of an old infection, since they are not at the site of contact. But if you really want to be sure, go and get them swabbed immediately for a PCR DNA test, for your peace of mind. Don't wait longer than 48 hours or you risk a false negative.

woke up today to find small bumps/warts (i don't really know) near my pubic area and inner thigh. i totally freaked out and now i am paralyzed in fear. they kinda look like the ones i see on the internet but not that much. they don't appear to be like the blistered ones and they don't hurt. they are just a little bit itchy. what do you guys think about this? i am really scared.

thanks for the answers, guys. it has been 6 days now since the encounter. trying to relax and not think about it but since day 4 i kept having a tingling sensation in my scrotum. there are no visible sores or wounds. do you think this is a symptom of herpes? or is it just stress and the anxiety manifesting itself? the sensation is kinda like a tickling sensation, like being brushed by something cold. i'm having trouble sleeping and i am really worried sick.

Some possibly helpful information: HSV requires a couple of conditions in order for the virus to enter.

For the handjob to have been a risk, she would have to be having an outbreak of herpes whitlow on her fingers. As far as I'm aware, this isn't very common. If she used her saliva as a lubricant, it's true that the virus can live a few minutes in saliva, but there is no documentation that HSV has ever been passed in this manner.

You would have needed a portal (cut, wound, tear) on your nipple in order for her to pass oral HSV-1 to you.

The pink spot might have been from the alcohol you used on yourself, which, by the way, is an irritant and could potentially increase the risk, rather than decreasing it, if used prior to contact. I don't recommend using it again.

If you truly are worried and need a calm mind then you can have a herpes igg blood test after 3 months from the encounter.  But what Fleedwood said, it is a very low risk.  And yes tingling can be stress related.

It is not practically possible to have obtained genital herpes from the event you describe. General tingling could be a great deal many things, including stress.

just an update. i woke up this morning and felt my testicles were like being tickled or put on called water and i've felt it all day. i've read in other forums that tingling is a symptom of herpes. from the encounter, i don't really remember her putting saliva on her hands before giving me a handjob. could this "sensation" i'm feeling down there be herpes? i've checked down there and there are no visible sores or wounds of sorts. i would really appreciate answer because i'm really worried that it might be herpes. it has been 3 days since the encounter.

I don't think it altered the already very low chance by very much.

i put alcohol on it after it got kissed. did you think that helped prevent transmission?

This is a very low risk event. If you have HSV1 then I'd suggest this is essentially a zero risk event. HSV needs somewhat more than a brief nipple suck to transfer.
