Not sure what to do at all
So alittle bit over a year ago in august 2011 , i had sex with a girl twice unprotected a week after the second time i had a an outbreak of painful bumps the i touched too much which lead to them peeling then scabbing and being even more painful this lasted for about 1-2 weeks.
My friend told me he had gotten face herpes from that girl. That friend also claims to have spread it to a bunch of other girls....
Since then to now i have had 3 other out breaks about every three months from the first time til april. so in august December, some time in feb and then april a total of 4 out breaks all in the same place except the last one i used abreva which made it way less painful and go away faster but once it was about to be gone it reoutbroke right next to the spot.
since then nothing so im long over due. i have had sex with 6 girls in total since the first out break involving oral on both sides and vaginal sex with all of them except one which was just vaginal tho she gave me oral.
any who none of them have had any problems except one friend said she had a weird out break i had sex with the most out of any of them which was over a month period , she had an out break that last 1-2 weeks and hasnt had one since and that was in September or oct and she hasnt said anything about it since.
So... i wonder do i actually have herpes or could it of been something else?
When the symptoms of the first outbreak were fading away i went to a free clinc and they told me its not likely i had herpes but possible but they didnt want to test for it because there was no longer an open sore.
I talked to my personal doctor and he said he cant do anything really unless im having an out break.
now that im not having out breaks anymore who can i get diagnosed , i just im afraid to have sex with anyone abit and just dont know what to do

well as i said i have stopped having symptoms completely not even the mildest my Dr said yesterday that based on what i told her shes like 99% i would have it since its common granted i had multiple outbreaks. i totally post way more information here then what i said he so shrug
anywho i would assume im basically now just a shedder or by body has just learned to suppress it really well.
i had the luck to talk to the boyfriend of that girl from back then who thinks he has it but has no symptoms and hasnt passed it to anyone.
i talked to another friend i have had activity with who has never had problems as well so. im going to be happy when i get this test my doctor gave me a script to get the test im getting drawn and the blood sent for western blot thru places covered by my insurance but if i do come back genitive they might not cover the cost . but at the same time the joy of having unprotected sex is warrants that fee
for me the biggest thing about it is prefer to mate with one or two females and just have lots and lots of sex like 3 times a day for 2 hour minimum. periods its impossible for me to have sex like that and no spread herpes if i had it.
using a condom is not touching the girls genitals with my hands and not letting her touch my genitals with her hands is great when it comes to one night stands and stuff like that , but when it comes to sensual tantric stuff it just doesnt work

you can get just regular igg blood testing for starters.
be seen every time you have symptoms. if they suspect herpes, they can do a lesion culture and typing. try to be seen within 48 hours of the appearance of symptoms.

yeah i actually read the read before posting and a bunch of material including the hand book but find conflicting things.
that hand book says that out breaks on the legs and turso can be type 2 while i read other places its not.
i wonder if instead of it being genital now its just going to break out on my leg
the leg out break isnt like the genital one at all, i can scractch it as much as i want it just gets inflammed more and more but will never become an open sore and doesnt really hurt at all just itchy the genital thing was like sand paper that felt like it was rip open at any morement and if i touched it wuold become an open sore i only let that happen the first time and it scabbed over.
this new rash is just mainly one of my legs and gets really bumpy and thick and is wide area.

this new rash also seems like an allergy.

the blood tests are accurate for the vast majority of people if done at the right time. plenty of info on herpes testing in the free herpes handbook we recommend in our read before posting post on the forum.
ok i just heard that Blood tests are highly inaccurate , im going to find out tho and talk to my doctor for sure. but like i said i havent had symptoms for more then half a year now its been 8-9 months since. i honestly feel like it wont happen again, i havent even had the mildest symptom the last out break was the worse too since it happened then broke out right next to it.

You should seek out a type specific herpes igg blood test at this point to see what your status is. If it's completely negative, continue to be seen every single time you have symptoms for a proper exam.

PS oh my case is genital , that friend of mine i mentioned said it was on his face but now has it genital as well and has out breaks every now and then and is on Rx medication for it. He continued to have sex with that girl tho and she gets around alot and got around alot alot before he was with her again so its possible he contracted something else from her giving him the genital outbreaks/
