possible herpes

About a month ago I had a one night stand with a wemon. I only had vaginal sex with her and I made sure to use a condom. Two weeks latter, I wake up with a burnning in my penis, and am uncomfortable burning when I urinate.
I started to get a constant headache, and and uncomfortable feeling in my lower waist. I whent to a clinic to get tested. The docter did a swap in my penis and found white blood cells,he said I had NGU. He prescribed with some medication that I took four on one day, and four the next all at once. I started to feel better, but the pain in my penis never went away completely. Two weeks latter The pain started to comback more, plus I noticed I had to urinate a lot more.I had to Make a lot of bathroom trips, and if I tried to hold it in it started to hert under my waste area realy bad. I whent to hospital to gett it checked out, but the doctor didn't find anything. He gave me a shot forchlamydia and gonorrhea. He then recommened me to a  urologist. I whent to see the urologist he could't find anything. Its been over a month since ive been having this pain in my penis, the pain comes and goes sometimes, but never completely goes away. I haven't noticed any bumps, rashes, leasins so for.

Well I realy don't know what to do at this point. I'm suposed to see the urologist again next week, but I not sure it's going to help much. Just today I started burnning feeling on my skin under the waist in the belt area. The pain in my penis seemes to hurt more when I move a round alot. I'm just real scard that I might have herpes.
