red/yellow ish scabbed over area

Okay, so 5 days ago I had a few pimples on my chin that I'd been messing with. (They were open) and the day or two prior I noticed I was sneezing uncontrollably and at times as much as 10 times or more in a row. The next day is when I popped a few spots of acne on my chin and the next day had sexual interaction with a woman, went down on her and then 2 days after that noticed my lymph nodes were swelling as well did I notice the 3 little spots that HAD been pimples on my chin turned out yellowish green (puss) & had risen a little from the surface of my skin on my chin. .. 2 days later (today) I have scabs that are red/yellowish where these once bubbly puss filled spots are and my lymph nodes are still swollen... any somewhat expert advice on what this may be signs of or signs not of... As I am expecting the absolute worse currently.  Also I am a United States Marine going though training out on the east coast. Any well educated response will be more than gladly looked at. I need some advice, thanks!

you need to be seen and deal with this. since it's a holiday, best bet is to go somewhere tomorrow.

herpes lesions do not present with the discharge you describe.  bacterial infections do and you should take care of this.

in the future, when you have open sores on your face, don't perform oral sex.   was it protected oral?
