Is my HSV IGG conclusive?

I got an HSV IGG (Labcorp) at a few days at 12-13 weeks post exposure. It was negative for both types. My exposures since my last negative HSV test have been minimal (protected sex < 20 times with someone who has had no other partners but me and a few minutes unprotected frottage with another person who says he's never had symptoms but status is unknown). Can I trust my 12-13 week negatives? I read on Terri's website it will be about 98% accurate at this point but I've also read that there could be a 5-10% chance of not seroconverting until 4 months. I really want to put this behind me but I want to know my tests are conclusive. Is the 16 week mark just for people with preexisting HSV 1?
None of my symptoms have been classic, but I have had a few bumps that lasted 1-2.5 months (they looked the same this entire period) before they changed (they never became blisters more just like skin colored bumps) and then just crusted and healed. I assumed this was my molluscum dying but I worry. Can I put HSV behind me?

To add to my previous comment - it is not to alarm you Gianna - you are most likely 99.9 % fine... But blood tests even to this day in our modern medical age are not always 100%....

You are fine - don't lose anymore sleep over this!!!!

Actually - I have had gh for 3 years now. Confirmed by swab test on initial outbreak and I went to my doctor. Since then I've had 4 western blot and igg/igm blood tests. Those were all negative...

I have 3-4 outbreaks per year - thank god for valtrex...

It's herpes not a gunshot wound - relax

Yea. It sounds like you're doing perfectly fine. So don't worry. relax a little bit, and breath a sigh of relief.

No. Your tests are conclusive and no need for more testing

There is no need for a Western blot test. You have a negative result that you can trust. The western blot would be useful in this situation if you were in the false positive range.

Thank you,
So there is no need for re testing? Is there any significant difference in accuracy between 12 and 16 weeks for someone without HSV 1?

If you are worried order the Western Blot test at 16 weeks. That will be conclusive.
