Got a pimple rash forming on my entire lower body..

Hi, recently I've been starting to do more cardio activities due to trying to loose weight. My fiancé has a rash forming all over her entire body, and it's red botchy pimples. I've began to get them as well, and decided to head to to the doctors last week, and he gave me a shot called "Rocephin (ceftriaxone)" and it burned and the following evening I could hardly sit down, it burned and itched and literally was the most uncomfortable feeling and it lasted for about 3 days. Now a few days of it subduing, i'vebegan to get white pimples on the crack and they itch like hell, and are burning. I have had a pilonidal cyste when I was younger, but this doesn't feel like that. Just curious if it could still be due to the shot I got from my doc last Thursday?
