pain during urination 2 years post hysterectomy

I had a full hysterectomy 3 years ago and suffer sever pain during urination to upper and mid abdominal area beginning since hysterectomy and progressing to more severe since hysterectomy.  It only hurts during urination.  I mentioned it to my OBGYN that I see regularly but he had no suggestions or comments.  Any suggestions?

Hi to both...if this has been going on years Im doubting its an infection...heres my two thoughts...somehow because of the srgery your urethra ( my U is sticking so if I misspell any U words thats why) anyways your urethra may have become thinner ..easy fix..

Or...scar tissue/addhesions arre on the urethra thus making peeing difficlt again a easy surgical fix....rn these ideas by yor Dr and get a second opinion...a MRI can verify if these two possibilitys are correct.  

One othere possibility a cystoceyle this is a srgical error creating a hole into bladder.again a srgical repair a bit more difficlt.

hi there, I also had hysterectomy 5 years ago i also have problems with urination, pls see a urologist. do you have fever? It may be just UTI, better see a urologist soon so whatever it may be it can be treated earlier. Hope this helps you. Pls let me know what ever the outcome may be..
