Okay so the tingling is from low vitamin B12. You can either start with a vitamin B12 shot or you can start taking vitamin B12 pills. They have to be the following: sublingal (under the tongue) B 12 5000 MCG MethylCobalmin
form. The other forms don't absorb in the intestines well. You put it under your tongue and let it dissolve until you feel it start to melt. It takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute. The you remove it and swallow it with a glass of water. You can get any brand. I use Costco brand. But you can get something from GMC or anywhere as long as it is MVitamethylCobalmin.
You may want to take it daily for one week and then once a week for a while then retest with your doctor in a couple of months. Or just check with your doctor on how they want to proceed with treatment since I 'm not a doctor. I can just give you advice because I take it because I am vegan.
The low vitamin D you will have to ask the doctor anyway how much they want to start you with. The you will take that amount and then retest in a couple of months. They will change your dose and retest again in about 6 months probably. I would retest again in a year after that. It changes over time. I was taking 400 IU I think then 1000IU. Then after a year or so it changed and I need 4000IU. I have been stabile since then. So you have to ask the doctor and check it often.
the rest of your lab works sounds great! Nothing to worry about there.

Thanks for your encouraging words. Hoping everything will settle down.
Well, try to relax. Hopefully when you get your results back you will feel better and won't worry any more.

Hematologist and heptalogist whom I consulted laughed at me and recommended me to see a Psychiatrist instead. But still getting worried. Earlier I was thinking I may have HIV.
I wouldn't' worry about the LFT's that isn't that high and the rest is normal. Your symptoms are not that of HTLV. So I wouldn't worry about it. Your white blood cell count would show immature white blood cells and not enough red blood cells or platelets. Yours doesn't show that. It would tell you on the report. Abnormal white cells or immature white blood cells.
It is very unlikely you got this from what you did. You really don't have any exposure.

I do not have any lymph node enlargement but tongue show teeth mark on sides slightly. No fever, rash, thrush and no loss of weight.
LFT-liver function test.
I have increased lymphocytes 47% ( normal 20-40%). Total WBC is 9800 ( normal 4000-10300). Does the symptoms manifest so soon.
What is LFT short for? If you had symptoms of HTLV you would have symptoms of leukemia. It would a lot worse.

I hv tested negative for hiv and all hep. Week 20. Feeling some tingling sensation in legs and hands. I have abnormal LFT too.
Is that all they did was use cream and massage the genitals? If so I don't see any risk. What makes you think there is a risk? Any other activity that would cause an exposure? It takes 1-2 weeks to get results for HTLV. I would say maybe 2 weeks since it is out of the country.

The lab has to send out the blood to US for testing as there are no test centers in India. What is the time required for testing in US.
