how accurate are hiv 1/2 ag ab test?

Had a night out celebratingand ended up at the strip club black out drunk no clue what may have happened. I had isues shortly after and was diagnosed with prostatitis. Post possible exposure at day 30 I had an aptima hiv rna test and a alere hiv 1/2 ag ab test. At 6 weeks I had an siemens hiv 1/2 ag ab with relexes. All test have been negative but I have had night sweats which they attributed to low t which has dropped which they attributed to  sress. I  can't help but continue to worry and I have now a swollen lymph node on groin..but i was recwnrly perscribed prednisone. I have read on here the a six week ag ab hiv 1/2 is conclusive. Am I in the clear can I relax?

The 4th generation  assays are conclusive for HIV 1 at 4 weeks so you should be fine. The Alere test is a 4th generation assay. These are all very sensitive and accurate tests. HIV 2 is conclusive at 2 months for this test. But that is mostly seen in Africa and rarely in the U.S. only usually by travel.
