Did you change your nickname from ptpkpup to worriedtill? I am using that information to help you. Just want to make sure. If that is you then what I'm saying is you need to get the 4th generation test first because the one you had doesn't detect HIV 2. Then I can say all clear. So far you are clear of HIV 1. But not until then.

Ok, then you probably don't have yeast.
You may have either strep throat or GC of the throat if you had oral sex to you.
You should get your throat checked as you may need antibiotics.
Glad your check Xray was clear (did they do xray or just listen to it)?

I think you are clear of HIV. But if you could get the 4th generation duo combo test it would be the last thing you would have to do. I'm pretty sure with the PCR you are clear but like I said there is the HIV 2 that can be missed. But you would need some kind of treatment if you had it. It is less likely to get this one. But if you could get the test over with it would be great.

Also test for Chlamydia while you are there and trich because you don't always have symptoms but can spread it.

Alot of things can cause the diarrhea and cough and weight loss. You need to get in and see a doctor.

Well the HIV PCR test is very good too. Since you took it this year and it was negative that is good. But I think it may only check for HIV 1 not HIV 2.  But HIV 2 is less likely to turn into AIDS. But HIV 2 does require treatment if you have it so that you can get rid of it. I don't think your symptoms are necessarily are that of HIV 2 but you should get the 4th generation HIV test that has the combi test for p24 antigen and also tests for antibody. It would clear you that you don't have HIV 1 or 2.

Since you tried to scrape your tongue and it doesn't hurt or bleed it probably isn't yeast (or thrush). Does it bleed?

3.You should also get tested for Chlamydia trachomatis and gonorrhea (GC) and trichomonas.
4. Don't they have a clinic there? Can you travel to a area where they have a clinic that can do these tests for you?
5  If you had oral sex you should also do a throat culture for GC.and a culture for Strep throat. Do you have any white spots or pus in the back of your throat?' Any swollen lymph nodes under your chin  in throat area?
6. Get a doctor to check your chest to see if you have any unusual sounds to see why you have chest pain. Maybe see if they will give you a chest Xray to look for pneumonia or TB.
7. I wish you could quit smoking. Obviously this is bad for your health. You need to think of your health and use protection next time. If you drink a lot you may want to check your liver enzymes too.
8. I hope you can get to a clinic. See a doctor. Is there any way you can get there? I don't think you have HIV. But it would be to get all these tests done.

Firstly, we are not doctors on here so I can try to advise but I may or may not be able to figure out your problem. I will ask you a bunch of questions to try to figure it out but I don't know if I can help.  I can't prescribe medicine or that sort of thing but I can suggest things to try.

So, what exact tests did you have for STD's? I give you a list and you tell me if you had these:
Chlamydia trachomatis, gonorrhea, Syphilis, Trichomonas?
For HIV did you have the 4th generation test?
Have you been to see any doctor?
Can you get a chest Xray done to see why you have chest pain? And, do you have night sweats and fatigue?
Have they tested you for TB?
How do you know you had oral thrush? Did you get tested or did it just look like that? Do you still have it or did it go away?
Lets start with that. And, then I will write back.
