Sounds very much like you may have a bacterial infection.

Make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as possible.  He/she will check out your ears, throat, listen to your chest and heart too.
Make sure you write down all your symptoms and give the list to the doctor.

Bringing up phlegm with blood is not a good sign and does need investigating.

Stop taking the Ibuprofen.  I am not sure if you are the right age to be taking Ibuprofen, but this medication is an anti-inflammatory.  It should only be taken with or after food.  You would be better off buying the cold and flu remedies, but make sure that you read the directions that they are suitable for your age group.    Your doctor will be able to advise you with regard to taking those types of over the counter remedies, or he/she may prescribe you with different medicines and an antibiotic if he/she feels that you require this.

Make sure that you drink plenty of warm drinks, like diluted juices.  Hot honey and lemon is nice and soothing and soups are good too.

Do steam inhalations.
To do this (get an adult to help you) boil up a kettleful of water and pour this into a fairly large bowl (taking care not to get scalded).  Put in some Vick or Olbas Oil or any menthol oil that you like.  Bend your head over the bowl of water and cover your head and the bowl with a large towel.  Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.  Do this for a duration of 10 minutes 4 times each day.

Alternatively, you can have a bowl of hot steamy water with some menthol drops in or Vick or Olbas oil in your room/bed room.  Take care and put it out of reach if there are any young children about.

You can also apply some Vick to your throat, neck and chest to help relieve the congestion.  Putting some menthol drops onto a handkerchief and breathing this will also help to loosen up the congestion.

Keep warm and out of any draughts.

I think you have a bad virus. But the Ibuprofen may be causing the bleeding. So I would stop that. The heart beat in the stomach is normal. I have had that too especially when you are young and strong heart beat. But you may want to see a doctor to try to clear up this mucous and tell him/her about the bleeding to make sure it is caused by the Ibuprofen. They may want to do some tests on you to check. Have you been vaccinated for pertussis when you were a child?
