Please suggest

hi yesterday ,
while walking on road group of dogs are fighting and suddenly dogs started running, I don't think dogs touched me after that going home while washing my legs I felt burn situation and i shocked to see small two wound...is that possible  i didn't notice the dog bite or scratch .Do i need rabies vaccine for this. Today i'm experiencing abdomin pain and tingling sensation on head.

No. This is not in any way a realistic risk for rabies. You have to have direct contact like a bite or scratch, and this wouldn't happen without you noticing.

Your symptoms sound like anxiety. EVEN IF you had had a risk, which you did not, symptoms would not appear the next day.

can I move on from this or do I need vaccine
You were never exposed to rabies, so a vaccine would be pointless.
One last question I was in shock when the dogs came near to me and running will that shock prevents pain or bite sensation...so that I didn't feel the pain ...please one last question
