Why are patients ignored

I hv an issue with my skin went thru all the steps yet not 1 doctor will try to find out what is really wrong. First I'm not delusional I know my body my skin 1doc did fungal test he said he was positive that's what it was I was both test came bk negative I was then passed of to the PA who said it was Lichen something sorry I don't hv exact term one said psoriasis one even said it was this disease normally seen in babies and yellow scab over area. Not 1 asked if I had been out of the country which I hv. I also had to hv dental work done but the root is still there so I thought maybe it was decay. I hv video tape taken pictures not one will actually look or ask me to tell them what I see. They stand back and see skin and each one had different DX but no labs I would think you would rather r/o all the possible things. I hv Medicare do I call them to complain what do I hv to do or what do I hv the right to do to get someone to properly treat me. Sorry to be so long but I just need some advice because it's none of what they said because it is still a problem if you don't know say you don't know and PA felt insulted when I told her I wanted to see the doctor because she has given me so much med/lotions yet they see it but they just dismiss me and the areas are raised so it's just driving me crazy Again sorry for this long book thank you in advance for any suggestions.

You don't have a long post. I am not a doctor I am a microbiologist. But I can try to give you advice.

I'm not sure I get what you have. Where on your body is this located. Did you say it is crusty, yellow? Does it hurt or itch? It sounds like Impetigo if I am getting your post correctly?  This is caused by a staph bacteria. But I need to know more about it. You have the right to refuse any PA as they are not doctors and really you are paying for a doctor and don't have to see a PA. I have refused some of them and sometimes I let them see me. I don't always follow their advice. So you are correct in doing what you did. Also, you can ask to have a culture of the area done from the doctor. A lot of doctors may not want to for various reasons. I may be able to help if you give me more details. If it is a staph sometimes you can use a topical antibiotic but it depends on how bad it is and so forth. Is it inside the mouth or outside? So, let me know more details. If you have pictures I will take a look. You can attach them on here. I don't think it will take a video though.
