If it is seen on the follicles it may be folliculitis. That is usually a staph (bacteria). You can try a small area and put triple antibiotic ointment on it to see if it helps for about a week. Don't put it all over just try a section. If it works you either put it on more of the bumps or your doctor can give you an oral antibiotic. But often the topical is the treatment for that. Try not to touch them because they are easily spread if that is what it is. Wash your hands after applying the ointment and wash any towels or clothing often that comes in contact with it. Also, you can wipe down handles like the water facet and door handles with disinfectant wipes, if you touched them after touching the bumps. This is assuming it is a staph or strep. It could just be dermatitis or a rash. But if you notice that it is definitely following the hair follicles it could be that. Also, sometimes you get both dermatitis and a bacteria. So, if it doesn't go away see a doctor.

Ok..i hope it has a cure?cz i also think its sumthing related to folicles
I guess the best thing would be to see a dermatologist. It could be allergy or could be something like folliculitis dermatitis. It depends on a lot of things. It is hard to diagnose on here.

So what does the rash or acne like stuff look like? Does it itch? Does it follow the hair follicles? Is there all the time? Do you have any fever?
