I looked it up again and the World Health Organization says 6-10 weeks on average. I also read that if it is a known positive person you were exposed to it is 8-10 weeks. So you should be clear at 3 months. You are correct. Sorry for the confusion on my part.
It may be the fatty liver causing the increased enzyme results (ALT).
Here is a link from the Mayo Clinic on it.

It may not be anything to worry about.
The tingling leg and hand you may want to see a neurologist about. It may be unrelated to this.

Also I was having non alcoholic fatty liver for some time. no yellow eyes or pigmentation.
Feeling otherwise ok except for tingling sensation sometimes in leg and hand.
Sir,
All the hep tests were 14 week test. Kindly confirm window period for hep test. some web sites give 2-3 months. Getting worried. Plz help
Hi, we are not doctors on here but I am a microbiologist and can give you some advice.
So you are clear for your Hepatitis A and C and the window for Hepatitis C is 22.5 weeks. So you are pretty much clear for that or almost.
The ALT test and bilirubin are to detect liver damage. It can be caused by a lot of things other than hepatitis due to a virus.
Do you have any physical symptoms? Some things like pain near the upper right abdominal area? Yellow eyes, chest pain, or left arm pain, shortness of breath. Palpitations or fast heart beat? Or what are you feeling?
Have you been tested for diabetes? Also, do you drink alcohol a lot? Taking a lot of aspirin or Tylenol can raise these levels as well. Are you taking any other medications that may cause liver damage or raise these levels. If you are taking any prescriptions you may want to check the package inserts or call the pharmacist or doctor to see if those drugs can cause any liver problems.
If you don't have these problems you could get a CT scan or MRI of the liver and check for obstruction of the bile duct or other problems in the liver.
Also, heart damage can cause liver enzymes to increase. So you need a good physical and some scans to find out what is going on. Maybe get a 24 hour monitor to check the heart, echocardiogram and EKG.
So I am not saying you have any of these things. It is just some ideas on some tests you could ask your doctor to try to get diagnosed. Maybe they can figure out whether the level is not high enough to worry about or correlate your lab work with your symptoms. But these are some suggestions.
