std or fungi

Hello Im sorry to posteriormente here but the other Std forums arent available. So in May 3 months ago i had vaginal sex with a prositute and condom broke. A month after that i had pain and discomfort in the bladder and after a few days constant urination that Would never end and a big discomfort in bladder. After 5 weeks i went to a urologist and did all the Std tests. They came back negative. I still had discomfort in bladder and constant urination, also i started feeling a burning sensation on my penis and below scrotum. So i went with another urologist Who didnt care muchas, Quick la exsmined me and said everything was fine but he told me to do a urine test as It could be a urine infection. It came back negative and he said It could not be an Std because i Would atleast show high White blood cells in the test if i was infected with an Std or something ( not sure at all about that) I developed after 2 and a half months some blister just below the penis head on the right side and on the left side some pimple looking bumps. My penis now looks fairly darker. The pimple dissapeared after 2 days and the blister after almost a week but left a Little scar that healed alone. Now on the base of the penis i have a weid pimple rashes and when i Pass my finger ontop of the penis it turns like gray. After 3 months Im still having mild burning Sensation on penis and below scrotum. And i noticed that the área where the penis stars has gotten more Red. I told my girlfriend everything but before i did i noticed She also had constant urination. She has gone to the bathroom for 5-6 times in 15 to 20 minutes. I plan to go again to a urologist. But last time i went he said i just had anxiety attack and that everything was normal. My gf of Course left me but i want to atleast know i didnt transmit anything to her. What could this be. Std or fungi? Thanks

It could be non-gonococcal urethritis. These are caused by the bacteria Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma genitalium and the parasite Trichomonas. Trich would be more common. But all three can cause this. Various labs have molecular tests for this. I would try to get the PCR or NAAT (nucleic acid amplification test or molecular test). For these organisms. That would be the next step. They are all very treatable.

P.s. usually an infection is milky not clear. So, you may not have an infection. But you can try and get tested for these. If they are negative. It may not be an STD or STI.

I cant Thank you enough for your help. So i went to the urologist yesterday and he left me a list of tests that i need to do. And i did them today, I will do my best to list them and succesfully translate them to english.
1) complete blood test
2) complete urine test
- in the kedney area
1) uric acid
2) nitrogen of urea
3) creatinine
- páncreas area
1) glucose
- infectious deseases
1) fta-abs
2) hiv
3) toxoplasma igg
4) toxoplasma igm
5) cardiolipine antibody
-microbiology
1) f/c urine

Also:
Semen culture, herpes tipo 2 igg and herpes tipe 2 igm.

I know it is difficult to understand them since They are not precisely translated. But do you think this test are useful and for that nucleic acid amp test. I am not sure if it is listen in the ones above. Could this be also caused by stress? If so what could the penile blisters be? I just find it really rare i have all these after a high risk encounter. Thank you again!

Well, none of these tests for what I mentioned. It is interesting they are checking you for Toxoplasma. This is for symptoms of fatigue swollen lymph nodes etc. Do you have a pet like a dog or cat? The FTA antibody is for syphillis. It is good to get this because the RPR is only 80% accurate. So it can't hurt. The glucose is to check for diabetes so maybe the doctor thinks the urination is due to that. I assume the f/c urine is a culture of urine? Which is good to try again. And they checking your kidney function and so forth to see why you are urinating so much. Did you tell the doctor about the penile blisters and/or show them to him? That may be also why they are rechecking the syphilis test because syphilis can give you a chancre sore. But it depend on how it looks. It is hard to say. I guess best to see what the results are. If the Syphilis FTA is negative. Do you still have the blisters?

Thank you again! Results are back, part of them atleast. Since i still have to wait for cultures. Cardiolipine came back negative Wich i guess means i have no sífilis. Complete blood and urine tests looks normal, acording to the reference normal values. Semen culture and "uretral swipe" ill call it that way since i dont know its actual name. But is the test where They introduce a stick inside your penis. Gave this results ( ill try my best to translate them again)

1) cocos gram positive, loose in pairs and small groups- REG. QUANTITY.
2) bacilos gram positive- barely any
3) epitethal cells - REG QUANTITY
4)polimorfonucleic leucocites- eventually

I still have to wait for the other tests atleast a Couple of days. Yeah i still have a part of my penis with this small blister. At times it is Red ad times skin color. I showed it to him, he didnt comment what it could be the. Maybe he gave it Little interest. It looks like a Red area with small bumps, and now It is getting a little like dry. The first blister i got below the penis head área dissapeared a week ago. Thanks again. Ill let you know How the other tests went
