Try to eliminate gluten and wheat. Sometimes dairy is cross-reactive with gluten.
The effects of gluten can remain in the body for many months after eliminating it from your diet.
Look into leaky gut syndrome.
Checkout demulcent herbs and foods, rich in mucilage and can soothe and protect irritated or inflamed internal tissue.
I have used successfully in the past aloe vera juice (oral)

Abdulla, I've been with horrible IBS for 21 years, I also have tried many remedies and IBS has giving me complications and surgeries, my advice is to eat as little as possible and plan before you do an activity, I know this isn't much information but it has gotten me thru life.......
