IBS Relief?

I suffer with IBS and have done for many years!

I was told recently to try Colpermin - the only problem with that is, I am allergic to Peanuts, and it contains Peanut Oil!  But everything else sounds perfect, and It would really help me out!

I currently have Buscopan and Omeprazle which both help alot!  But wanted to try something else, is there anything else out there like Colpermin?

Plus I was told to try Peppermint Tea, which sounds great, from what I have read online! :)
