I would like to know if anyone ever tried taking Digestive Enzymes and what was the results? I tried and it made me go at least 8 times during the day.

I've tried Supreme Digestive Enzymes to help out break down  different things like fat and sugar all that. But it gave more BM and it was looser.

Yes, I started taking Lactaid pills for a week and they're wonderfull.  I'm soooooo happy with them.
