Right section? If so, please help.

Hopefully this is the right section. So I was in the military as an 11B (Infantry) and I was deployed to iraq. I've ate food from Iraq, and lived in an outpost for some time that didn't have running water. The whole time I was in Iraq, me and my buds all had really bad diarrhea but it seemed normal considering where we were, and everyone else said they had it to. I returned in 2008 and since then I've had the worst diarrhea. I got a check of my stool sample and it came back fine. But no matter what I will go to the bathroom on average atleast 8 times a day(and that's a good day.) I workout and eat good so I am not losing weight, i'm about 5'8 and weigh 183lbs. I don't know if some of it has to do with anxiety. I get real bad anxiety when I have to leave my house. Say if me and my fiancee are going to walmart or something, I just get nervous being in large crowds. I will complain and the moment I walk out the house I immediately have to use the bathroom. When I eat it gets real bad. I have to go to the bathroom immediately after I eat. Sometimes when we go out and eat I can hardly make it home. Sometimes its just like water, and sometimes it might just be pencil thick. I was given some medication last year but it didn't help. I really don't know what to do. I go to school for 4 hours monday through thursday, and when I'm at school i'm fine, but the moment I go home im right on the toilet. Hopefully this makes sense... a lot of rambling. I don't take any workout supplements like creatine, or anything, just a daily vitamin, and protein pre and post work out. I doubt it's those though because I've had times where I didn't take those and still am running to the bathroom. I have free medical I guess I just don't know what to tell them? They gave me pills before but they didn't work.

Classic IBS seems to me I would go see a Gastroenterologist sorry spelling and get checked out sure sounds like classic IBS brought on by anxiety.  My problem the more I think about it the more it happens because I am anxious about it.

That sounds really similar to what I was experiencing at school. But yours seems to be more regular. If I had episodes it was for three days and then dormant for weeks. My parents just got divorced, we just moved, school is getting though. It's stress caused. The doctor gave me hyoscyamine and told me to take it the second you feel the rumbling in your stomach. It will stop the diarrhea from coming back over and over. She told me I need to think about managing stress better because you may not be aware of all of the things you are stressed over, but apparently our bowels are :) you should keep a food journal and see if any foods trigger random episodes. It helps a lot. Feel better!! And start meditating!

Ok. I been taking the probiotic culturelle and it works a little. I do have hard episodes but I occasionaly am have liquid type stool. My fiancee says its all in my head and I brig it on myself? The other day I was going to the bathroom though and it felt like someone stabbed me in the gut. I had to lean over to even try and go. It hurt so bad. I could hardly push without cringing because of a pain in my abdomen. I remember when I was younger this happened a couple of times and I think it happened a year or two ago.

I had some of the things that you have said.  My IBS was caused mainly by taking half a vitamin B daily, it took over a month of me taking this daily  before the IBS started. Try stopping any vitamin  for a few weeks and see how that goes. It made a world of difference to me but i never blamed them because it takes a month or more for the gut to get irritated and for the IBS to start.

This doesn't sound like IBS to me because of the timing of when it happened, so I would recommend continuing to post on the gastroenterology community (where I see you got responses) and hopefully you will find an answer there.
