24 hour creatinine results

Hello everyone

I recently took a 24 hour creatinine and wasnt able to complete the 24 hours (22 hours and 30minutes) and the results came back at 1.8g/24 hour which I believe is 1800mg/24 hour

with the normal being between 500-2000 for an entire 24 hour urine test, what would 1800mg result mean?

31 years old, male at 175lbs

Would that number be a little high? If so, how do I lower it to the optimal levels?
