62 GfR symptoms

are there any symptoms associated with a gfri of 62. I was told my gfr is 62. I have been experiencing dizziness and shortness of breath with head pressure pains.. is this related to another health issue? my gfr has always been 89 and droped dow to 62 in 4 moths..
