Blood, protein, and ketones in urine

Hello all, went and had a physical the other day, and showed trace amounts of blood, protein and ketones in urine. The doctor told me not to be concerned because this was only trace amounts. However, I was worried so went and seen my PCP, and she did urine and blood work. It showed that I did have blood in my urine(microscopic) and blood showed higher BUN, and creatine. I cant remember if she said anything about my GFR, because it was a blur. She sent urine off for culture, but think a infection is unlikely because Im a male. She also set me up for a kidney ultrasound.

Im a bit worried now as you can imagine. I have no high blood pressure, or diabetes. I have taken dietary supplements, but not in massive amounts. Also, I was drinking stevia in my lemonade. I drank a lot of stevia for a few weeks, and read this could damage kidneys. Im just hoping its not bad. Stressing and needing some advice.
