Are you of Asian descent? If so, this is a common problem. Keep your diet alkaline , avoid, salt, sugar, extreme cold or hot liquids,  sodas and caffiene. Avoid as many medicstions.as possible except the ones your MD prescribes and no alcohol or recreational drugs of any sort.

Hey hamohammed.
Well I don't think there are any specific treatments or medical interventions that would cure your condition, but there are some preventive measures you can consider, which can help keep your kidney function remain healthy.
If your blood pressure is high, usually daily exercise will help.
Celery, watermelon-you can try making a pulp using all the parts (red, green and white) which has vasodilating properties
which help lower blood pressure- low salt diet.
A diet rich in vegetables (organic if possible) , losing weight if overweight, avoiding/lowering stress and leading a healthy lifestyle in general would make a difference.
Best wishes,
Niko
