AST 134 and Alt 104 is High Should I be Worried

Hey I just went to the doctor after many years away, my physician says my blood pressure, etc was physically good, etc. I went to get my blood drawn and the AST was 134 and ALT was 104. I'm afraid as this is considered very high. Should I be concerned??  Thank you.
