Can Acedaphentamine overdoes cause cirrhosis?

Hi all.  Hi all.  What is the probability of developing cirrhosis from  Acetaminophen overdose.   I had MRI/CT scans just over a year ago and only showed fatty liver so I was ok then.  Since then have had many Occasions where I took a “‘toxic” amount of it from Tylenol and pain killers not knowing the max limit.  Now, worried I have cirrhosis.  My GI said not to worry because I would have had complete liver failure if it was a problem and I’m fine.  But researching...   I do see it can happen...  is it possible to cause within a short time span of like a year or is it more from long term over dosing of acetaminophen?  My AST is also higher than my ALT but still within normal range
