Today I got my lab results back, I was told my red cells are abnormal, and that i need a ultra sound on my liver. I do not understand any of this and wish to be informed. If anyone can decipher what these results may mean please and thank you!

What your doctor is primarily worried about is the elevation in the liver enzymes. Something seems to be irritating your liver but not aggressively. Given the normal levels of your cholestatic markers: ALP and Bilirubin, your liver issue seems to be hepatocellular in nature.
Hopefully the US will provide some clues as to what's up. If it's just a fatty liver, then all you have to do is make a few dietary changes to correct things. So it's good that your doctor caught this at your young age, and hopefully a simple change will set things back in order.
