Doxycycline induced liver injury

I had to take a relatively high dose of doxycycline for a month and I have been feeling completely lifeless since then. I have absolutely no energy. My liver tests were all ok but the bilirubin was just within the normal range and the cholinesterase (?) was very high. I’m afraid I have a cute fatty liver that is often caused by tetracyclines.... any help or advice please
