Elevated GGT and ALT. Really Tired

My third blood test came back since the first one in December 2016 and they show the following: GGT = 80 and ALT = 65. All the other liver enzymes are normal. They did some other blood tests (iron, kidney, ebstein-barr and all the other usual stuff) but they couldn't find anything. They made ultrasounds of my heart, liver,kidney, stomach en etc. Nothing was found. My symptoms: really tired, an active heart at night like strong pumps (like stress reaction or something bpm +/ 80 sometimes. I am used to +/ 65bpm) can't sleep on my left side, abdominal pain (lower right).  Who am I: Belgium, student, drinks only on Saturdays 2-3 times a month (few beers, max 8), normal weight. Healthy diet. I apologize for my bad English
