how can you lower enzymes levels

Hi i have a question  my husband  us 33 years old and his liver  enzymes  levels is at 87 how dangerous  us that and can he bring the enzymes  levels down

He is probably getting him to have the ultrasound to see if anything is going on in his liver or other organs.

His dr was very  veg about just  sent his to get an ultra sound

Hello there, 87 is considered slightly elevated.  Do you know if he was drinking before the test.  Everything we eat, drink, even put on our skin has to be processed by the liver.  What does the doctor say?  I would be drinking lots of water, cutting out alcohol and retesting.
I have liver damage so try  to drink a lot of water, not eat red meat, pork, fried foods.
