I undergo sgpt and uric acid test. this is the result. sgpt/alt 84.47   sgot/ast 36.24     uric acid 493. what does it mean? and what should i do?

Your liver enzymes are only mildly elevated. The uric acid depends on the units. Assuming μmol/L, then the level is normal. Your doctor needs to get to a proper diagnosis, but the numbers are not alarming.
