Son's sgpt increased level up to 700 ,what's dangerous limit

My son's sgpt level increased up to 700 and he is only 4 years old ,plz tell me is it hepatitis either something else ?

We cannot diagnose here, not being doctors. But we might be able to help you understand things better with more data. His SGPT is moderately elevated and this points to liver tissue damage. But without additional data, we have no idea what is at issue here.

Certainly I would have autoimmune testing done, since this can cause many different things. Let us know he, and you are doing. Take care
