in my blood test SGOT ast is high 54.2 U/L and globulinalso high 4 g/dl. in blood count MPV is high, 17.1 fl  and eosinophils is low 0.17 %

some times, just below the chest burning,vomiting feel,eating well but lean.

What are the symptoms present? There are many causes of mildly elevated  liver enzymes such as inflammation, infection, as well as certain medicines.  A repeat test may be done to confirm the result and depending on the result, additional diagnostic tests may be done.
