Questionable Lupus Diagnosis

I was diagnosed in 2000 based on meeting 11 of the 13 criteria.  It was the only way to diagnose it at a time. Now, with blood work I have a positive ANA, a SED rate in the mid 60s most of the time and every test shows unexplained anemia.  My current Dr says, "well I don't know if you really have lupus." I don't have alot of confidence in his findings.  I also have Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriatic Arthritis and Fibro. I am not really sure what to think? Any suggestions?
