Under Our Skin

Just saw "Under Our Skin" and had an ahhhhaaa moment.  The girl in the pool who got married reminds me of me.  She was walking just like I do when I get a flair-up.  She had speach problems just like i have had too.  My mom and I got chills watching it cause it reminded us about me soooo much.  The part about unborn babies getting it and mothers getting misscariages was really sad and shocking.  Did anyone else see it?  It's an amazing documentary and very on point.  Just wanted to know what you guys thought.

That's good to hear, that you are getting treatment!  I never had IV treatment, but I was nervous before I started taking pills for Lyme ... and I delayed doing it because I was so anxious about it.  It's often part of Lyme to be anxious or nervous about things, and it certainly has been and is for me.  I'm much better now, but on the days I don't feel well physically, I often also feel anxious and uncertain, although nothing objectively in my life has changed:  it's all due to the Lyme.  So it's okay to be nervous, but just focus on getting treated and getting well!  You can do it!!

Yes, it seems the film is making the rounds among those with Lyme and those who may have Lyme -- I hope you are seeing a good MD!
