ongoing mesturation

hallo, i am a 20 yrs old girl, started my mesturation end march. i have been mesturating all this while till july, i went at klerksdorp clinic(government!) THE attendants cared less, and only gave me brufen and sum white small pills, i've been mesturating to date, for about 4 good months now, will this affect my fertility? please help am scared for my future, i've never been pregnant, i've never used contraceptives or any kind of familly planning methods, i dont have any kind of diseases except that i am a bit overweight though, please help me know what might be the cause?

I still recommend going to emergency room. Your government insurance should pay in any emergency room. Better doctors. Plead for the tests in the link above to rule out tumors,  polyps etc., hopefully it's hormonal imbalance. Tell them your situation and how you were treated when you sought help at government clinic. Non stop for 4 months? You are not menstrating dear you are hemmoraging! Go to the emergency room now! You are no doubt anemic at this point.
