Anyone know why I have a random pain that has appeared in my arm joint?

About one to two days ago I began to get a little pain in my arm joint. Today I feel it is more painful. As far as I recall I didn't lift anything heavy or do anything that would stress it out. This pain is only happening in my left arm and not my right. Not sure if this could be the cause but I recently started on the medicine called Accutane. I hope someone here may be able to help get to what could possibly be causing this pain. Thanks!
