hiiiii doc. thanks you for answering, i've another query that after first dropping of load(semen) my sexual feeling doesn't stay long enough and premature ejaculation occure suddenly....... so please suggest some way to increase my sexual power and time.

If you're having an orgasm long before you want to then that's called premature ejaculation. There are things you can do to make yourself last longer. Concentrate on your breathing during intercourse, masturbate a couple hours before intercourse. Some men say wearing condoms helps them last longer. I recommend them if you're not married or in a monogamous relationship to help prevent STD's and unplanned pregnancies.
