"why on earth you assumed im a female?"

Because when I hover over your name it says so!!  But your icon is blue - something must be messed up with the MedHelp computer...

I still reckon that, since this problem is unlikely to be male-specific, you'd get a better response posting on the "Ear, Nose & Throat" message board, rather than "Mens Health".

I've had a nose that is semi-effective at best all my life, but it's always been that way so I'm used to it.  My father and grandfather  are/were similar, so it's likely genetic in my case.  Since yours has only come on recently, I have no idea what the cause could be - sorry.

Sorry, don't know why your nose is blocked.  Any other symptoms similar to having a cold, or having hay fever?

Also, what's this doing in the Men's Health forum?  As you are not male, and this is not a problem that is particularly male, this is not the best place for this question.  Not trying to be rude, I'm happy to help where I can, but you may get better responses posting in a more appropriate forum...
