Broken skin on penis after sex
If I do not clean myself well as soon as my erection subsides I will get irritated and broken skin, especially in the folds. Also happens at times when I do clean and after masterbation.
Are you using anything when having sex? For masturbation? Perhaps this is an allergic reaction?
It might also be if you aren't - maybe it's too much friction causing chafing. It could be dermatitis, eczema, or a host of other things.

It's happened for a long time. After sex it's like the cum in the folds irritates it. And just seems like even sometimes when it seems like it's almost healed any activity gets it right back the way it was.
Have you seen a doctor? You should, since it's been happening for so long. Even if you go to a walk in clinic when you have the symptoms, get it checked out.
