Dear Ronald,
Thank you for your appreciation, but what I would be interested to know is how far you were able to help yourselves. What is your next course of action ?, did your doctor schedule for more tests, if not, you should definitely talk to your parents and go for further tests, preferably with a pediatric nephrologist, suffering for one year with out looking for any medical help is not good at all. You should tell the doctor all your symptoms as you have explained above. You may need to confirm if the protein in urine is just incidental or persistent, if there is any kidney stone or infection that is causing all these problems? Do you remember having got any infection prior to start of all these symptoms?
Good luck and take care,
Solace
Thanks For Responding. Solace21,
The Doctors say i have protien in my urine. I don't know what that means though.
Hello,
there are many causes of this, simple causes that can be cured after a visit to a specialist doctor. Dont be shy and talk about this with your parents (choose the one you feel more comfortable to talk) and then you can visit together a doctor which will help you to relieve . Take care :)
Do not get annoyed since the first tests could not find any solution to your problems. What did your doctor say after the initial tests?, you need not have to feel shy for all these, and should go ahead with more tests. Some times, such problems may come due to bladder stones, which may be diagnosed with ultrasound imaging. In any case, do drink enough water and continue with further diagnosis patiently... and do not go for any net based medications even if some one offers you.
Good luck,
Solace
